Вручение сертификатов ICFE

27 ноября 2010 прошла встреча, на которой школа Financial Business English School вручила сертификаты ICFE слушателям, которые успешно сдали экзамен.

Событие было особенно радостным потому, что сертификаты получили все наши слушатели!

Сложность экзамена довольно высокая – на экзамене нужно показать не только высокий уровень владения английским языком (уровни Upper-Intermediate и выше, по международной шкале B2, C1 и C1 with merits), но и высокоразвитые умения владения финансовым английским. Другими словами, от слушателей ожидается свободное чтение и быстрый анализ технической и публицистической подачи финансовой информации, высказывание своей точки зрения по любым вопросам учета, аудита, налогообложения и т.д. Кроме этого, слушатели должны уметь проанализировать и выделить ключевые идеи прослушанного отчета или высказываний. Письменная часть экзамена накладывает еще и дополнительную сложность – разъяснения финансовой информации предполагаемым клиентам или коллегам. Например, консультация по вопросам ценовой политики компании или видам оценки предприятия, которое находится в состоянии банкротства.

И мы очень рады, что всем нашим слушателям удалось справиться с заданиями экзамена и получить международное признание их уровня финансового английского.

My Impressions about Cambridge FBE School.

1) The lessons are specific and relate very well with the theory in financial professions and correlate accurately with specific practical situations in the working environment.

2) The role-plays are also very practical and have theoretical knowledge that can be applied in practice. It also distinguishes between financial differences between the UK and Ukraine as well as other countries.

3) Undoubtedly, the format of the lessons help the students to improve their ability in Financial English.

4) I - as a native speaker - have witnessed definite improvement and progress with the students' ability in Financial English.

5) The standard set at Financial Business English School for the students are higher than any other English schools in Kiev, and the evidence for that is locked up in the examination results.

Одна из наших слушательниц, пройдя эту программу, почувствовала такую уверенность в своих знаниях, что без труда смогла найти работу финансового менеджера в США, и, имея другие профессиональные сертификаты, уезжает на работу по контракту. Мы очень рады за нее и желаем ей профессиональных успехов!

Сертификаты слушателям вручала директор школы Елена Перерва, которая рассказала об успехах слушателей, поздравила с хорошими результатами и пожелала дальнейших успехов в профессиональной сфере и личных достижений всех слушателей.

Помимо вручения сертификатов, Елена объявила о запуске новых программ, которые будут направлены на усиление программы и еще более высоким результатам сдачи ICFE. Среди этих программ: русскоязычные лекции Skimming Classes по основам профессиональных знаний с фокусом на требования экзамена, а также программа Speaking Club, которая будет посвящена исключительно обучению профессиональным навыкам ведения переговоров, заседаний и презентаций на английском языке. Программу Skimming classes будет вести Елена Богомазова, главный специалист Государственной комиссии по регулированию рынка финансовых услуг, DipIFR, АССА, преподаватель.

Встреча прошла в очень теплой и уютной обстановке. Мы очень рады, что все наши слушатели стали не только участниками одного учебного процесса, но и добрыми друзьями.

Эту встречу мы провели в арт-галерее Гольфстрим (http://www.gulf-stream.com.ua/) известного украинского скульптора Евгения Деревянко.

Евгений показал свои работы, поделился с нашими слушателями своими творческими планами и отметил общность финансовой профессии и мира искусства в самом лучшем его понимании.
